The speed of change in the world of mass media is evident, in the face of the social economic and political challenges of our times many impacts appear out of control. Wide knowledge gaps remain that create asymmetries of power and knowledge, a tendency to close in on narrow groups of interest or proximity emerges, often leaving the space open for misinformation and aggression. Then the power of digital platforms that influence behavior, often by manipulating data and algorithms. Within this scenario, what are the tools in hand for responsible communication? How to initiate more accessible ways especially toward those at risk of exclusion? How to limit the risk of fueling the polarization of individuals and thus of society as a whole? What relationships with so-called influencers? How to support the right transitions?
